Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Dallas Texas. We pride ourselves on efficiency and patient safety, and we are looking for a provider who values the same. This is a direct-hire position offering $250,000 annually for a candidate who demonstrates clinical excellence and consistent reliability.



We are specifically seeking a provider who is:

Clinically Competent: Comfortable handling General, Ortho and GI with minimal supervision.
Reliable & Professional: We value punctuality, clear communication, and a "team-first" attitude. You show up on time, ready to work, and manage your cases efficiently.
Autonomous but Collaborative: You are confident in your skills but know when to communicate with the rest of the care team.

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI
Model: All CRNA model

Salary: $250,000 Annually
Employment Status: 1099 Full-Time
