Job description

• Schedule: 4x10 non-consecutive shifts, full time
• Assignment Length: 3 months with possibility of extension
• Cases: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, Gyn
• Supervision Model: Medical Direction
• EMR: Cerner / Medaxion
• Candidate Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS; clinician will be screened
• Location Requirement: Locals only
• Cross-Credentialing: Required at 4 sites
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
