Locum CRNA Opening for 3x12 Shifts Including Sunday | Near Haltom City, TX

Job description

• Schedule: 3x12 shifts; must work Sunday 7a–7p — No Call
• Assignment Length: 6–9 months with possibility of extension
• Supervision Model: Medical Direction
• Cases: GYN, Ortho, Neurospine, General, Urology, Endoscopy, IR, some CV (including open hearts), Vascular, Robotic
• Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent
• Required Skills: Must be able to do spinals; 3+ years experience; clean malpractice
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
