Facility & Assignment
• Medical City North Hills
• Cross-credentialing: Medical City Alliance, MCA Surgery Center, Calloway Creek Surgery Center
• Start Date: 05/04/2026
• Assignment Length: 3 months with option to extend
• Credentialing: 90–120 days

Schedule
• Day shifts only
• Monday–Friday, 5x8s
• 40 hours per week
• No call, no weekends

Cases & Practice Model
• General surgery, bariatric, ortho, urology, GYN, ENT, GI
• Minimal vascular cases
• No heads or hearts
• Optional pediatric dental, ENT, and eye cases
• Medical direction model
• 1 physician supervises 2–4 CRNAs
• No blocks, spinals, or epidurals required

Technology
• EMR: Paper anesthesia record and Cerner

Compensation & Coverage
• Very competitive locum compensation
• Medical malpractice covered by Anesthesia OnCall

• No call and no weekends
• Broad adult case mix with optional pediatrics
