## **Coverage Needs**

* **Open Positions:** 2 FTE needs remaining
* **Start:** ASAP after credentialing
* **Length of Assignment:** 6 months
* **Cross Credentialing:** Not applicable

### **Schedule**

* Day shifts only
* Target: 40 hours/week (36 hours/week considered)
* Preferred schedule: Tuesday – Friday
* Flexible on exact shift structure within day coverage model
* Call: Not specified

### **Practice Model**

* Medical Direction Model
* High-acuity setting
* Case mix primarily GI / IR with supplemental OR coverage
* Occasional OR cases (colorectal, GYN oncology, routine surgical cases as needed)
* Epic EMR

---

### **Facility Details**

* MDs per day: ~20
* CRNAs per day: ~30
* Operating rooms: 30–40
* Annual OR volume: ~3,000 cases
* Annual delivery volume: ~300

---

### **Requirements**

* Board Certified – REQUIRED
* Texas license – REQUIRED
* BLS – REQUIRED

---

### **Submission Requirements**

* Resume
* Schedule request + call availability (if applicable)
* RTO (requested time off)
* Tentative start date
* Travel/expense requirements (if applicable)
* Full malpractice history disclosure required
