*Dates: ASAC - 12/31/26 *Credentialing timeframe: ~60 *Shift: Mon-Fri 5x8 *Types of cases: General and OB, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines. CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals and epidurals *EMR: Paper anesthesia Records, Meditech for EMR *Other: Active TX license, ACLS and BLS. Medical Direction model. 2 Years of clinical experience
