• Cross Credential: none• Reason for Need: Opening 2 additional ORs• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days• Desired start: As soon as credentialed• Length of contract: 6 mos-1 year• Shift: 4x10 M-F, Days, No call, No weekends• T&E: Yes – please be specific• Supervision model: Medical Direction• Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? Spinals helpful for some of the ortho cases. But not required as the physician can also just do the spinal if needed.• Types of cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, GI• EMR: EpicCertification Requirements• ACLS• BLS• DEAState License Requirements• Texas - must be activeAdditional License Requirements• New grads welcome.
