• Department Description: : Bread and butter, General, Dental, Urology, Orthopedic, ENT (some pediatric),OB/GYN, dialysis shots, basic cardiology.
• Skills Required: Invasive Lines: Yes, A Lines: Yes - Capable for lines but not many placed., Regional Block: Blocks are preferred, but not required., Ultrasound guided PNB: Yes
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Yes

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Required Active TX License
· Certifications Preferred: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days

· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Requirted Active TX License
· Certifications Preferred: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
**HR requires you to complete onsite onboarding/orientation before your first shift, which can only be scheduled after your credentials are approved.
**A drug screening is also required - it can be done at the hospital on the day of onboarding but usually takes about a week for results. It’s best to complete it as soon as you’re credentialed so you’ll be ready to start picking up shifts without delay. Our onboarding person can help coordinate this.
**Provider availability must be submitted at time of present to name clear.

Additional Information:
**We need strong CRNAs to cover here consistently. We have multiple facilities within a 30 minute radius. If they would like to be open to other facilities close by, that would be great.
