Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 4x10s on weekdays – must have ability to work on thurs and fri
Special procedures: General, neuro, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Cath Level III

Requirements:
TX License Required
Board Certification Required
BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
