Location: Houston, Texas

Assignment: Full-time

Position Highlights:

Monday–Friday schedule
8- or 10-hour shifts
40 hours/week
No call
Supervision model
Paper charting
Active Texas license required
ACLS and BLS required
Credentialing: approximately 90 days; temporary privileges may be requested
Clean files required

Case Mix:

Bread-and-butter General
High volume of GI
Some Spine
No Cardiac
No complex Pediatrics
No OB
Compensation
$195/hour
OT: $215/hour
Holiday: $220/hour
$1,000/week travel stipend for full-time hours, prorated for less than full-time
Travel stipend requires the CRNA to live 60+ miles from the facility and provide proof of address

Additional Requirements:
Client will consider local CRNAs only if they are new names to USAP
USAP phone screening/interview required
Strong opportunity for a consistent Monday–Friday assignment with no call
