Job description

Dates: ASAP - Ongoing

Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Length of contract: 3 months with possibility to extend

Shift: 4x10 or 5x8 weekly. No weekend. No call.

Types of cases: Ortho, General, Neuro, Gyn. No blocks, spinals or epidurals

Medical Direction

EMR: Epic

Requirements: Active TX license, ACLS and BLS

Number of MD/CRNA on per day: 6-8
Number of operating rooms: 8
Number of deliveries per month or year: 100

• Ongoing for 3 months with possibility to extend
• NO Call or Weekends
