Facility & Assignment
Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital
Cross-credentialing at Memorial Hermann Cypress
Must be comfortable working at both locations
6-month assignment
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
January 2027 start

Schedule
4x10-hour shifts
Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
No call
No weekends

Cases & Practice Model
Loose supervision model
Broad case mix across both facilities
General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, ENT, Neuro/Spine, Cardiology, Vascular, Pain & more
Blocks, spinals and epidurals not required
Opportunity to perform regional techniques if competent and interested
Epic EMR
