Locum CRNA needed near Dallas in Rowlett , TX

Shifts Available: 8, 10, 12, 16 Hours
10 CRNAs on during the day (5-8s, 2-10s, 1-12, 1-16) - Must be flexible on scheduling & open to call
Night Call: Backup CRNA
Weekends 7a-4p Inhouse / 24-Hour weekend call is Back up only
Trauma Level: 3
Care Team Model - Usually run with 1:3 (no more than 1:4)
# Beds: 148
Cases: No OB, No Cardiac, a little health Peds (ENT)
EMR System: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
