Schedule: Full-time, 5x8-hour day shifts

No call or weekends

Practice Model: Medical direction

Case Mix: Urology, endoscopy, orthopedics, GI, and general

No OB

Requirements: Active Texas license, 2+ years of experience, and clean file

Credentialing: Typically 60 days; expedited 30–45-day credentialing may be possible

Seeking one CRNA for a December start. Travel and expenses may be considered.
