Job description

Position Overview
• Specialty: CRNA
• Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital
• Contract Length: 4–6 months
• Care Model: Independent practice; surgeon maintains control of the OR
• Case Mix:
o Bread and butter cases
o Some orthopedics, obstetrics (birth), general surgery, and urology
o No scheduled pediatric surgeries (peds cases referred to tertiary centers)

Schedule and Coverage
• Schedule: 5×8 hour shifts
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call: Optional
• Coverage Need: 5 shifts per month
• Patient Population:
o Mostly adults
o Occasional pediatric ENT cases only

• Board Certification: CRNA (BC required)
• Licensure: Active Vermont license required
