About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under an MD supervision model during 10-hour day shifts. The surgical case mix includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Endoscopy procedures, serving patients across all age groups. Clinicians will work within a 4:1 MD to CRNA staffing model across 4 anesthesia rooms, with MD supervisors overseeing anesthesia care delivery. All clinical documentation must be completed using the Epic charting system. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
