Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Duration: 13 weeks (End of January – April)
Schedule:
(4) 10-hour shifts per week (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
(3) 12-hour shifts per week (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
Rotating Saturdays and Sundays preferred
On-Call Requirements: No Call
Board Certification Required: Yes – CRNA
Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
Patient Population: Adolescents to Adults (13 years and older)
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: 60 CRNAs, 70 attending anesthesiologists, 60 anesthesia residents
Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 30 days
Procedures Include:
GI-focused anesthesia coverage in inpatient and outpatient settings
Medical direction model
No open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, or peripheral nerve blocks

Additional Requirements:
ACLS & BLS (AHA certified)
Minimum 2 years of experience (prefer Level 1 or 2 trauma and ASA 3+ patients)
COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Must live 50+ miles from facility
