$20K Completion Bonus - Locum CRNA Opening for 8 or 10hr Day Shifts w/Optional Call near Stafford, VA

Job description

• Bonus: $20K completion bonus for 520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks
• Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts, 7a–3p or 7a–5p — 40 hours/week; 10-hour shifts run M–Th or Tu–Fri rotation
• Assignment: 6 months with option to extend; start ASAP
• Call: Optional beeper call nights and weekends; approx. 5% weekday callback rate
• Cases: Hearts, lungs, OB, thoracic, healthy peds dental/ENT, ortho, GI, ENT; no transplants
• Skills Required: CRNAs perform epidurals and spinals; no blocks. OB and thoracic required. Peds preferred
• Supervision Model: Medical direction, 4:1
• Sites: Float between 2 facilities
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Experience: Minimum 12 months
• EMR: Epic
• License: Active VA license required
• Credentialing: 45–60 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
