Job description
• Shift type: 8hr
• Regular hours preferred
• OT expected: No
• Cases: General, Pediatrics; Healthy Peds, otherwise healthy urology, GYN, and General cases, ASA 1-2
• Board Certification or Fellowship required
• Supervision model: Independent (no MD supervision)
• Anesthesia rooms: 3
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 days
• License: VA preferred
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
