Location: Rocky Mount, Virginia

Assignment Details

Credentialing: 90–100 days (expedited credentialing requested)

Facility & Practice Details
Practice Model: CRNA-only / Independent practice
CRNA Scope: Full scope, including peripheral nerve blocks
Supervision Ratio: 1:4

Pediatric Urology
GI / Endoscopy

Schedule & Call
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Weeknight Call: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements
Comfortable practicing independently
Experience with regional/peripheral nerve blocks preferred

Compensation
$225/hr + Travel & Lodging (T&L covered)
