Start Date: ASAP open to later starts
Contract Length: 1 year, through the end of 2026
Location: Candidate will float between all 3 locations
Shift Details/Schedule: 8s, 10s, 12s
Minimum 1 shift/week
Open to locals
Open to 1-2 weeks/month
MUST BE OPEN TO CALL. Max 1-2 shifts/month, most likely no call at all. All call is beeper (pending additional call details)

Work Details:
• LEVEL 1 Trauma Exp. required, fast paced environment!
• Support staff: Covering 3 sites (one level 1 Trauma, 2 Community Hospitals). Current Staff made up of 30+ ANES, 70+ CRNAs full time
• 100% supervised under care team model 1:4
• # of patients per day: Varies depending on location
• Hospital bed size: 700
• Cases: Large Vascular, Neuro, High Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic, few Peds locums would not have to do Peds or Hearts.
• Special Procedures: CRNA's administer their own drugs and place epidurals, spinals and arterial lines. Some Obstetrics, Some Trauma mostly for outpatient surgery. Some- arterial catheters, lumbar epidural catheters and spinal anesthesia. Never- Brachial Plexus blocks or other regional anesthesia blocks
• State license: Open to licensing! VA or compact is preferred!
• Minimum experience required: Some level 1 trauma experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Can emergency cred in 30-45 days)
DEA - NOT required
EMR: Cerner
Vaccinations: Covid NOT required, but MUST have exemption form
