Daily Staffing Model
Team structure includes 3 CRNAs and 2 MDs each day

60% medical supervision model

Total of 5 anesthesia providers on site daily

Clinical Case Mix
Orthopedics

General Surgery

Endoscopy

OB/GYN (including C‑sections and VBACs)

Pediatrics

Urology

ENT

Ophthalmology

Plastics

Required Clinical Skills
Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks

Ability to manage OB anesthesia in a setting with approximately 380 deliveries per year

Comfortable working in a Level III Trauma Center

Facility & Workflow
Five operating rooms

EMR system: Medaxion

Average callback rate: 67%

Guaranteed 8‑hour workday; overtime begins after 8 hours

Certifications & Licensure
ACLS (AHA only)

BLS

PALS

Active Vermont license required prior to application

Active Vermont DEA required

Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean background, malpractice history, and unrestricted license

Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
