Position Overview
Role: CRNA (General specialty)

Number of openings: 12

Reason for need: New site launch

Assignment length: 12 weeks

Privileging timeframe: ~30 days

Accelerated/temporary privileges available (30–60 days)

Open to candidates needing a new state license

Case Types
General

Neuro

Orthopedics

OB

Urology

Gynecology

Ophthalmology

Endoscopy

Schedule & Shifts
Required shift lengths: 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts

24‑hour shifts available (primarily OB)

Day shift required

In‑house call preferred

No weeknight or weekend pager call

Overtime not expected but available

Hospital & Practice Details
Charting system: Epic

10 anesthesia rooms

Supervised model with MD oversight

MD‑to‑CRNA ratio: 1:4

MDs occasionally perform solo cases (rare)

Responsibilities
Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments

Verify patient consent

Discuss anesthetic plans, options, and risks

Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitor patient physiology throughout procedures

Provide clinical interventions as needed

Requirements
Active RN license

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program

Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
