Independent CRNA Opportunity – Southwest VA – Full Scope (Licensing Available)

Job description

A CRNA-only facility located about 30 minutes south of Roanoke is seeking locum tenens CRNA coverage starting in March. This is a high-autonomy opportunity with full-scope responsibilities, including peripheral nerve blocks. This hospital is highly regarded for culture and long-term locum relationships - current locums have stayed up to five years.

• Location: Rocky Mount, VA (near Smith Mountain Lake)
• Start Date: 3/16/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (extensions available up to 12 months)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call Requirements: 1–3 nights/week & 1–2 weekends/month
• Practice Setting: CRNA-Only Model, Independent Practice
• OR Setup: 2 ORs + 2 Procedure Rooms, 3 rooms/day
• Cases/Procedures: General surgery, GYN, ENT, plastics, podiatry, hand, GI/endoscopy, peds urology
• Special Skills: Must be comfortable with peripheral nerve blocks
• Licensure: Active VA license preferred – Willing to license
• Experience Required: Independent CRNA experience
• Travel & Lodging: Full travel covered (airfare, car rental, lodging OR monthly travel allowance)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Temps may be available
