CRNA Opportunity – New Site Opening -Multiple Openings - Completion Bonus

Job description

A newly opened hospital site is seeking six CRNAs to join a collaborative, medically directed anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing program with a broad and complex case mix.

Schedule:
8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Day shifts required
Holiday shifts preferred
Overtime not expected, but available if desired

Practice Setting:
Large hospital setting with 30 anesthesia rooms
Supervision model with a 1:4 MD-to-CRNA ratio
Physicians provide supervision and do not perform their own cases
EMR: Epic

Case Mix:
General surgery
Cardiac
Neuro
Orthopedics
OB
Pediatrics

Requirements:
Board certification required
Active state license required (facility will not license)

Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: Approximately 60 days

This is a strong opportunity for CRNAs seeking a long-term assignment in a high-volume, diverse surgical environment at a newly established site.

• $10k Completion Bonus: 520 hours and 13 weeks
