Start Date: 5/21/2026
Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts only
Specific Dates Needed:
May 21st, 22nd, 26th, and 29th
June 5th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 30th
July 1st, 6th, 15th, 20th, and 22nd
August 3rd, 5th, 17th, 19th, and 26th
Cases: General, Ortho (no ICU on site, no emergencies, no OB)
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: Emergency privs available
