Position Overview:
A Level II Trauma Center in Newport News, Virginia is seeking a full-time CRNA for a 1099 assignment. This opportunity offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling options, diverse case exposure, and optional overtime opportunities.

Assignment Highlights:
• Full-time coverage needed
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Optional weekend overtime available
• Level II Trauma Center environment
• OB experience is a plus

Schedule:
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available Monday–Friday
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
• Optional in-house weekend overtime:

Saturday: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
Sunday: 7a–7p or 7p–7a

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Trauma Designation: Level II Trauma Center
• EMR: ICARE / EPIC

Anesthesia Locations:
• Main OR: 15 rooms
• OB: 1 OR
• CVIR / Specials: 2 rooms
• MRI / CT: 1 room
• Endoscopy: 3 rooms
• Bronchoscopy: 1 room

Practice Model:
• Medical Direction
• MD-to-CRNA ratio: 1:3
• Collaborative anesthesia care team model

Case Mix:
• General Surgery
• Trauma
• Endoscopy
• Interventional Procedures
• OB experience welcomed and highly valued

Requirements:
• Active Virginia license required
• CRNA Board Certification required

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 90 days
