### Locum CRNA Opportunity

#### Assignment Details:

* Specialty: **Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)**
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: **26 weeks**
* Minimum Commitment: **1 shift per week**
* Open to providers available **1–2 weeks per month**
* Local candidates accepted
* Schedule: **8-hour shifts**
* Call requirement: Typically **1–2 beeper call shifts per month**
* **Rate: $180–$200/hour**
* **OT/Holiday Rate: 1.5× the regular rate**

#### Clinical Requirements:

* **Level I Trauma experience required**
* Case mix includes:

* Large Vascular
* Neuro
* High-Risk OB/GYN
* Orthopedic
* General Surgery
* Thoracic
* No heart cases required
* No pediatric cases required

#### Procedures:

* Epidurals
* Spinals
* Arterial line placement
* CRNAs administer their own medications
* Some obstetric and trauma exposure

#### Licensure:

* Active **VA or Compact License preferred**
* Licensing candidates will be considered

#### Credentialing:

* Standard credentialing timeframe: **90–120 days**
* Emergency credentialing available in **30–45 days**

#### EMR:

* Cerner
