Start Date: 12/1/26
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Full time - Primarily 8 hour and 10-hour Sign up or sign in for contact information hour and 24-hour shifts may be offered.
Additional Details:
- Coverage across 3 facilities (1 Level I Trauma Center and 2 Community Hospitals)
- 100% medically directed care team model (1:4)
- Patient population/age: Adult population

Licensure: Active VA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90-120 days
