# CRNA – Roanoke, VA

* **Start Date:** 11/16/2026
* **Contract:** 6 months, with option to extend
* **Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hrs/week guaranteed
* **Shifts:** 8- or 10-hour shifts, 5x8s or 5x10s
* **No 24-hour shifts**
* **OT available after scheduled shift**
* **Must be available full-time, including Fridays**
* Level I Trauma Center with highly complex patients
* **Level I Trauma experience required**
* Cases include **Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Surgery, GYN, Endoscopy & Peds**
* **No cardiac / no OB**
* Loosely medically directed
* Epic EMR
* Locums are treated the same as permanent staff
* Flexible with RTO
* **Active Virginia license required; compact accepted**
* Board certification required
* Carilion-specific skills checklist required
* Credentialing typically **75–100 days**
* Looking for providers interested in **long-term 6–12+ month assignments**
