WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

You'll practice within a large anesthesia care team of 30+ anesthesiologists and 70+ CRNAs, working in a 1:4 medically directed model across a regional three-facility system. CRNAs administer their own anesthetic medications and perform epidurals, spinals and arterial lines while managing a broad higher-acuity surgical mix.

🎯 Best Fit

Experienced Virginia CRNA with recent Level I Trauma and large-medical-center experience who is comfortable with complex vascular, neuro and high-risk OB cases plus neuraxial anesthesia and invasive lines. Particularly attractive for someone who wants high-acuity practice without cardiac or routine pediatric coverage.

📍 Geographic Hook

Norfolk sits in the heart of coastal Virginia's Hampton Roads region, with Virginia Beach and Chesapeake nearby. Local candidates receive first consideration, making this especially attractive to Virginia CRNAs who want a longer-term assignment while staying within the coastal market.

  • Full-time 4×10 daytime schedule
  • No cardiac or routine pediatric coverage
