Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract: 6–12 months, with option to extend
Positions: 3

Schedule:
Full-time only
40 hours/week guaranteed
8- or 10-hour shifts
5×8s or 5×10s
Overtime after scheduled shift
No 24-hour shifts
No call
Must be available to work Fridays
2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule not accepted

Clinical Details:
Level I Trauma facility
Highly complex patients
Medical direction, loosely structured
Neuro, orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, GYN, endoscopy and pediatric cases
No cardiac and no OB cases
Locum CRNAs are treated similarly to permanent providers with the same permissions/access

Requirements:
Board certified
Active Virginia license or Compact license
Level I Trauma experience required
Carilion-specific skills checklist required
EPIC experience
