Looking for a full-time Virginia assignment with some flexibility around your shift length? This Fredericksburg CRNA need offers 36–40 hours per week, with a primary 4×10 schedule and flexibility for 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts.

This is a higher-acuity practice looking for an experienced CRNA comfortable with Level II Trauma, OB, Thoracic and a broad surgical case mix.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

The primary schedule is four 10-hour shifts, although the department can utilize 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts depending on coverage needs. Expect approximately 36–40 hours per week, mostly during the day.

Schedules are released approximately eight weeks ahead, and providers can make up to three schedule requests during each eight-week period.

Call is limited to approximately one shift per eight-week schedule, either an overnight 7 PM–7 AM shift or weekend coverage. Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Clinically, this is a broad, higher-acuity practice with Level II Trauma, heavy OB, Thoracic, EP and Vascular, along with General, Ortho, GI, ENT, Heart/Lung and healthy Pediatric cases. CRNAs should be comfortable independently placing and managing spinals and epidurals.
