Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Yakima, Washington
Scheduled + No Call | Start Date: February 2026

📍 Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our care team in Yakima, Washington. This is a scheduled, no-call position with flexible shifts across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. CRNAs will work in a medically supervised, care team model supporting a diverse case mix across multiple surgical and procedural areas.

🕒 Schedule & Shifts
• Shift Lengths: 8h, 10h, and 12h shifts (variable based on coverage needs)
• Typical Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible) | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night shifts)
• Weekend & Holiday Coverage:
o 2 ORs (12-hour day shifts)
o 1 OB (12-hour day shift)
o 1 OR (12-hour night shift)
• Call: None

🏥 Case Mix & Responsibilities
CRNAs will provide anesthesia coverage across a wide range of procedures, including:
• Expected surgical types: Cardiac, Complete Orthopedics, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic. ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular (non-complex), Robotic procedures, and healthy pediatric cases
• No Complex vascular, head/spine, neuro cases
Case Volume:
• Average of 40–45 general anesthetic cases per day hospital-wide
• 3–4 cases per CRNA per day

🏥 Facility Details
• Main Surgery Department: 7 ORs
• Adjacent Surgi-Center: 4 ORs
• Additional Areas: 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 Bronchoscopy room, 1 Cath Lab
• Medically supervised, care team model

✅ Candidate Requirements
• Active CRNA certification and Washington state licensure (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
• Strong ability to work independently within a care team model
• Flexibility to cover variable shifts including weekends and holidays
