7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekday and weekend shifts available
Providers willing to take call are highly preferred
EMR: Epic

Practice Details:

Care Team Model
CRNAs are medically directed by anesthesiologists

Additional Details:

Credentialing: Approximately 90–120 days
No temporary privileges
Travel candidates only (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility)
