Locums CRNA Needed in Washington - Will Accept IMLC

Schedule:
Scheduled with no call
Monday to Friday
3 shifts per week minimum (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on procedures)
Full-time availability required; no week on/week off or piecemeal schedules
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week, not after daily 8-hour shifts
Providers may work shifts at a satellite facility approximately 15 minutes away
