Start Date: January 2026
Contract Length: Minimum 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Availability Needed:

2 weeks per month (week on / week off)

Part-time provider needed

CRNAs are supervised

Endoscopy

Blocks & regional experience not required, but a big plus


Patient Population: All ages
EMR: Cerner


✅ Requirements

Board Certified CRNA – Required

Active State License – Required

DEA – Required

BLS & ACLS – Required

Willing to license: Yes
