CRNA needed in Wisconsin:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Schedule: 5 Days, 6:30 am - 2:00 pm
Job Details: 2-5 arches on the schedule each of these days
Wisconsin State License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
