Locum CRNAs needed in Appleton, WI to start as soon as credentialed



8 hour shifts - 630-3p
12 hours + weeknight beeper: 630a-7p + call 7p-7a
Late shift 630a-5p
Clinicians will have at least 1 weekday call - 12hr shift plus beeper from 7a-7a. they will also get at least 1 late shift and then all the other dates would be 8s. If they work weekend they would get Friday/Sat/Sunday call
Staffing Model: 3 ANES 6 CRNAs
Medical Supervision Model
Case Mix: General, Orthopedics (we do spinals and peripheral nerve blocks for ortho surgeries), ENT, GI, Neuro Spine Surgery, Dental, Healthy Peds, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Vascular
NO Regional, OB, GYN, Urology or Hearts. No epidurals.
Volume - Approximately 5000 cases annually
Level 3 Trauma
Credentialing 90 Days
Competitive Hourly Rate + Travel, Lodging and Malpractice covered
