About the clinician's workday

The anesthesiologist will provide locum tenens coverage at an operating room facility in Alaska, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 5x10-hour schedule, with a guaranteed 50 hours per week and call coverage required. Case types include general surgery, heavy orthopedics, OB/GYN with epidurals, and pediatric dental procedures; cardiac, neurosurgical, and transplant cases are excluded from this assignment. The position operates under a supervision model, and board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
