Anesthesiologist Needed in Arizona
Start Date: May 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00am - 7:00pm
Additional work details: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Arizona License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
