Locums CRNA Needed in Arizona!

Ongoing Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
There MAY be an integration of night shifts, 1 provider 11p-7a work a week straight of nights Mon-Fri in house -finding flexible providers in doing days and call, with the potential of covering night shifts

Case Types:
6,500 cases annually
Primarily: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C- sections)
ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Healthy Peds 1+ mostly ENT

Regional Anesthesia:
No nerve catheters
Most blocks performed - must be proficient in epidurals, spinals and ultrasound guided anesthesia
Occasional: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus

EMR: Cerner
Certifications:
ACLS
BLS
PALS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
