this is a outpatient private practice multidisciplinary office.
Ideally PMR or pain anesthesiologist to perform procedures like joint injections, PRP, knee injections
Duties to include New patient exams, trigger point injections, knee injections, PRP, ordering of DME, prescribing therapy
Office hours and days candidate will work:
Tuesday 8/9am-1pm; Friday 8/9am-1pm
Salary (range): Either hourly 150/hour or 50%
