• Types of Cases: No obstetrics. General, gastrointestinal, Ear Nose Throat, Gynecology, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, and cardiac

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 - 45 days

• Board Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Active California License required
