Anesthesiology Physician Needed in San Francisco, CA:
Start: June 15, 2026
Contract: 6+ months (26 weeks)
Schedule: 4–5 days per week, typically 8–10 hour shifts
Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week guaranteed

Setting:
Hospital-based anesthesia coverage across multiple campuses within the same health system. Providers will float between several locations in the San Francisco area.

Practice Details:
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
• No cardiac, liver, or neuro cases
• Work primarily solo in the OR, occasionally supervising CRNAs
• Epic EMR
• Adult and adolescent patients (13+)

Case Mix:
General anesthesia cases with occasional regional anesthesia.

Requirements:
• Board Certified Anesthesiology
• Active California license
• DEA with Schedule II
• BLS / ACLS (AHA)
• 2+ years recent anesthesiology experience
• Experience in high-acuity or tertiary care settings preferred
• Must have experience with both inpatient and outpatient cases

Additional Info:
• 1–2 interview process
• Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
