Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide coverage at a high-acuity hospital in California. This opportunity offers dynamic weekend and night shifts, exposure to trauma and obstetric anesthesia, and the chance to practice independently within a collaborative care team.

• Schedule: Weekend and night coverage (minimum 3–4 shifts per month)
• Shift Options:
–3, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
• Call Requirements: No call

• Specialty: Anesthesiology
• Department: Level 1 Trauma Center
• Scope: Coverage across Labor & Delivery, Operating Rooms, and Trauma
• Annual Volume: ~1,800 births per year
• Practice Model: Independent practice with CRNA supervision
• Skills Required: Comfortable with L&D and trauma cases; bilingual preferred
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• License: Active California medical license required
• Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible, or Board Qualified accepted
• DEA: California DEA required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience:
 – Minimum Level II trauma experience required
 – Level I trauma experience highly preferred
 – Open to new graduates with appropriate training
 – Must be comfortable managing obstetric and trauma anesthesia
