Assignment Details:

Start Date: July 2026
Contract Length: 26+ weeks
Coverage Type: Full-time preferred (must be available at least 2 weeks/month)
Practice Setting: Hospital OR coverage
EMR: EPIC
Patient Population: Adults and adolescents (13+)
Case Mix: General OR cases with occasional regional cases; no cardiac, liver, or neuro cases
Support Staff: CRNA
Daily Structure: Predominantly independent OR coverage; occasional CRNA supervision
Trauma Level: Trauma experience strongly preferred

Schedule & Coverage:

Must be able to cover at least 2 weeks per month
Floating coverage across sister facilities:
Bay Front
Mt. Zion
Mission Bay
Ortho Institute
Parnassus
Burlingame

Requirements:

State License: Active California license required
Board Certification: Required (truly Board Eligible considered, especially fellowship trained candidates)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (AHA)
DEA: Required (CA Schedule II/II-N)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years anesthesiology experience
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to function independently in OR settings
Must provide 2 professional references prior to offer
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
Compensation: All-inclusive rate
