• Bonus range from an additional $50k to $100k/year

We are looking for a physician to join our medical office in New Haven, CT. We are looking for a BC/BE Physician (MD or DO) who has an interest or experience in physical/regen medicine. We prefer a physician with experience or specialization in Pain Management, Ortho and/or Sports Medicine, joint injections, and BMAC.

The Physician duties include focused musculoskeletal/orthopedic patient exams, treatment plan formulation, and performing BMAC, joint and trigger point injections in our physical medicine office.
Duties:
• Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal focused patient exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent medical imaging/records and documents)
• Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to treatment plan options, diagnosis, and post treatment care
