A small, community hospital in northeast Connecticut is seeking 4 Anesthesiologists (MD/DO) for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This is a low-stress practice setting with efficient OR days and fast credentialing.

Position Details
Location: Putnam, CT
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 13+ weeks
Openings: 4
Rate: $350 /hr +t/l
Schedule: 8s or 10s
Typical Day: 7:00 AM – ~3:00 PM
Practice Model: MDs supervise CRNAs and do their own cases
Charting: iPro + paper/pen
Anesthesia Rooms: 5

Compensation
$350/hr + Travel & Lodging
$30,000 one-time completion bonus
Earned after 520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks

Call
Pager call required (weekday & weekend)
No in-house call
Low callback rate
