Schedule
- 12 hour days in addition to 12 hours call the same dates

Shift Type
- Day, weekday call, and weekend call

Cases/Procedures
- Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro, Gen surg, GI, Cathlab, Urology, Vascular, TEE, CV. Ultra sounds and blocks.

Credentialing Timeframe
- 30-60 days

This client has a 75 mile radius restriction, will only accept providers who reside outside of that.
